Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team. This dual-role position is responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to our standards while also helping maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwasher Duties:
- Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils promptly and thoroughly
- Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary
- Take out trash and recycling regularly
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Restock cleaning supplies and report low inventory to the manager
- Assist with deep cleaning and closing duties
Kitchen Helper Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking line during service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen tasks as needed
- Monitor food stock and notify manager of shortages
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Punctual, reliable, and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Work Schedule:
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
