Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure product quality, service standards, and sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement store operation SOPs and monitor execution.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff to improve team efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and develop promotional campaigns and operational improvements.
- Handle customer complaints and emergencies to maintain brand reputation.
- Assist with new store setup, opening, and operational guidance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of frontline experience in bubble tea, beverage, or F&B industry (e.g., barista, store supervisor, or store manager).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- High sense of responsibility, strong execution skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel or work across different store locations when needed.
- Proficient in basic office software; data analysis skills are a plus.
