Role Description
We are seeking an Independently Licensed Clinician to provide office-based counseling services as part of our dedicated team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Columbus, OH, with opportunities for some remote work. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, delivering individual and family counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with clients to support their therapeutic goals. The role will involve working with children, adolescents, and their families in alignment with a trauma-informed care approach.
Qualifications
- Independent licensure in the state of Ohio as an LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or equivalent
- Strong skills in individual and family counseling, with experience in trauma-informed approaches
- Competency in assessment, diagnosis, and development of personalized treatment plans
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with evidence-based practices in mental health or child welfare settings is a plus
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to support client needs
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
- Knowledge of community resources and experience with diverse populations
