Respiratory Therapist
$35 per hour | Per Diem

What You’ll Do
- Deliver respiratory therapy services that promote comfort, breathing efficiency, and quality of life
- Provide treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and CPAP/BiPAP support
- Assess respiratory status, identify changes, and respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations
- Partner with residents and families to provide education and support for ongoing respiratory health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate updates with the care team
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident-centered care
- Practice in compliance with New Jersey licensure requirements and respiratory care best practices
What You’ll Need
Required:
- Active New Jersey respiratory care license from the NJ State Board of Respiratory Care (CRT or RRT)
- 2 year of respiratory therapy experience in a hospital or long-term care setting
- Able to communicate clearly in English with residents, families, and the care team, both in person and in charting
Preferred:
- RRT credential
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living
