Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial and appeal.
- Develop litigation strategies and perform detailed case evaluations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Prepare and argue motions before California courts.
- Represent clients during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials.
- Serve as first-chair trial counsel on complex litigation matters.
- Coordinate with expert witnesses, investigators, and litigation support professionals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and case management requirements.
- Maintain accurate case files and litigation documentation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum 8 years of civil litigation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Proven first-chair trial experience.

Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
