About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonologist to provide comprehensive pulmonary care to adult patients with chronic respiratory conditions. This full-time opportunity offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person clinical care with telemedicine.Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pulmonary care to adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage chronic respiratory conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and disease-management plans.
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Provide telemedicine care as part of the hybrid practice model.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
• Participate in a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate/medical degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Active Tennessee Medical License or ability to obtain one.
• Experience treating chronic respiratory conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centered approach to care.
