Key Responsibilities
- Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Perform weighing, dispensing, blending, granulation, drying, milling, compression, encapsulation, and/or coating processes.
- Set up, clean, dismantle, and operate production equipment.
- Perform equipment changeovers between batches.
- Complete Batch Production Records, logbooks, and other manufacturing documentation accurately.
- Perform in-process quality checks and batch sampling.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing/process issues and escalate deviations appropriately.
- Verify raw materials, labels, QC release tags, and batch documentation before production.
- Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area.
- Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Follow all FDA, cGMP, SOP, safety, and company requirements.
- OSD / Solid Dose pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Level II: 3–7 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Level III: 7 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
- Compression
- Granulation
- Encapsulation
- Coating
- Wurster Coating
- Tablet Printing / Ackley Laser Drill
- Fluid Bed Dryers
- Bead Tower
- Strong understanding of cGMP and FDA requirements.
- Ability to follow SOPs and accurately complete batch documentation.
- Ability to clean, set up, dismantle, and operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
Salary : $46,000 - $76,000
