We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Leader to drive new revenue in Aerospace Engineering Services. This role focuses on acquiring and growing relationships with Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers through solution-based selling. What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for engineering services within the aerospace market.
- Leverage an existing network of Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to expand relationships and drive growth.
- Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy focused on Engineering Services offerings.
- Lead solution-based sales by positioning engineering design, analysis, digital, and testing services to meet client needs.
- Partner closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure technical alignment and seamless execution.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, manage pricing and contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Monitor industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to anticipate and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- 8–10 years of experience in business development or sales within Engineering Services, in the aerospace or defense sectors.
- Proven success selling engineering, design, or technology-based services to Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Established relationships within key aerospace accounts and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate engineering capabilities into business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Eastern U.S. and as needed internationally.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
