If you’re energetic, resourceful, and excited about making a real difference in maternal care, we’d love to hear from you.The RoleWe’re looking for an entry-level Business Development & Marketing Associate to help drive partnerships, generate leads, and keep our go-to-market materials sharp. You’ll work directly with leadership and across the team to identify opportunities, build relationships, and tell our story to hospitals, health systems, and strategic partners. This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety — perfect for someone who’s eager to learn the business side of health tech from the ground up.What You’ll DoResearch prospective hospital systems, OB/GYN practices, and MFM groups; build and maintain target lists and outreach trackers.Draft outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences for potential customers and partners.Help prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, and leave-behinds for meetings and conferences.Support partnership conversations by gathering background on prospects, summarizing call notes, and tracking next steps.Assist with conference and trade-show planning — logistics, booth materials, attendee follow-up.Update and refresh marketing content: website copy, social posts, case-study drafts, and product collateral.Monitor industry news and competitor activity; summarize relevant developments for the team.Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking (we’ll teach you the tools).Jump in on cross-functional startup tasks as they come up — no two weeks look the same.You’ll Thrive Here If You...Are genuinely interested in women’s health and excited about AI’s potential to improve care.Enjoy talking to people and aren’t afraid to send a cold email or pick up the phone.Write clearly and persuasively — you know how to tailor a message for different audiences.Are naturally organized and can keep multiple outreach threads and projects moving.Learn new tools quickly and like figuring things out on your own.Have strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work.Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment.Basic Qualifications0–2 years of professional experience (new grads welcome).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel).Interest in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to speed up research and drafts.Willingness to learn CRM and outreach tools on the job.Nice to Have (Not Required)Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, or business development — even in internships or campus organizations.Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Light design skills (Canva) and a good eye for slide and story flow.Exposure to healthcare, women’s health, medtech, or B2B SaaS.Social media or content marketing experience.What We OfferMission-driven work in women’s health with visible, real-world impact.Mentorship, growth, and a front-row seat to how a startup scales.Contract to hire — excellent benefits upon full-time hire (401(k), health, dental, vision, PTO).How to ApplyApply with your resume and a brief note (3–5 sentences) on why women’s health AI excites you.
