ULTRALawn is hiring on-call Snow Removal Crew Members to help keep our customers safe and accessible during winter weather events. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work, flexible scheduling, and being part of a team. Strong performers may have the opportunity to move into a full-time, year-round role.
What You’ll Do:
- Work as part of a crew led by an experienced supervisor
- Perform snow removal using ULTRALawn-provided equipment (snow blowers, shovels, trucks, and plows)
- Clear sidewalks, entrances, and designated areas efficiently and safely
- Report promptly when winter weather occurs — shifts may include early mornings, evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards to deliver dependable service
Schedule & Availability:
- On-call position during winter precipitation events
- Must be able to respond on short notice when called in
- Hours vary based on weather conditions and snowfall amounts
- Reliability and availability are critical for this role
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to work outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and prolonged walking/standing
- Willingness to follow directions and work efficiently in fast-paced conditions
- Previous snow removal or outdoor labor experience is helpful, but not required

Pay is based on experience, reliability, and performance. This is an on-call, weather-dependent position and hours are not guaranteed. Benefits are not included in this role but may become available if you transition into a full-time, year-round position.
