What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper/Snow Removal position at Pace Property Management?
We seek people with positive attitudes and self-initiative to take action on situations or things that are out of place. This position will primarily be by yourself, with assistance depending on special projects and schedule.
Primary Responsibilities and Objectives
- Perform various cleaning functions to ensure the common areas of the apartment, office, Airbnb, vehicles, and etc.
- Responsible for cleaning work order systems accuracy by verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards.
- Communicate with the Lead Maintenance Technician or Operations Manager concerning all maintenance issues noted at the properties.
- Driving from location to location
- Be able to drive/ back up a trailer
- Operating rider zero-turn, Ferris
- Spread mulch
- Clean up garden beds
- Building retaining walls
- Spray weed killer & Bug Barrier
- String trimming
- Operating a pressure washer
- Trim Trees/Bush
- Yard Clean Up
- Operating a snowblower
- Light maintenance workPainting / Etc.
- Clean shop
- Organize shop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
- Mowing: 2 years (Required)
- Landscaping: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
