Our Greer facility is expanding capacity and investing in equipment. We're looking for operators who can step in, learn our processes quickly, and contribute consistently.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll support the production of weatherstripping used by customers worldwide. This role goes beyond button-pushing and is well-suited for mechanically inclined operators.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Load raw materials and remove finished products
• Make simple machine adjustments as needed before moving to setups, basic changeovers, and machine adjustments
• Monitor quality standards and maintain specifications
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Accurately record production data and communicate issues as they arise
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to support continuous improvement
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or technical skill set strongly desired
• Ability to read work instructions, measurements, and production documentation
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently once trained.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a louder production environment
