About the Job
Residue Recycling is looking for a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our Production team. We process post-industrial plastic materials using industrial recycling equipment. No experience required — we provide paid training. If you follow instructions, work safely, and show up ready to work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor recycling equipment.
- Check material quality and report problems.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean.
- Complete basic production paperwork.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance as trained.
- Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
- Work with the team to meet production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and on time.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Able to work safely around industrial equipment.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend, reach, push and pull.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Work around machinery, noise, dust and plastic materials.
