What You’ll Do
- Lead the analysis and certification of all finished products before shipment
- Ensure safe lab operations and compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 standards
- Keep lab equipment in excellent condition and calibrations up to date
- Collaborate with Technology, Sales, and other teams on customer requests and new product development
- Drive improvements to our Quality Management System to meet today’s and tomorrow’s customers’ needs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control or a related function
- Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
