Position Overview

Ultra Compression Services, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative, Accounting & HR Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage accounting responsibilities, administrative functions, and human resources duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, self-motivated, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and send customer invoices
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
  • Prepare reports and assist with month-end closing activities

Administrative Duties

  • Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks

Human Resources Duties

  • Assist with onboarding and employee paperwork
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Maintain 401K contributions/distributions
  • Support hiring efforts, including job postings and scheduling interviews
  • Track employee certifications, training, and compliance documents
  • Assist with company policies and employee communications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounting, administration, and/or HR preferred
  • Strong Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Oil & gas industry experience is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
