Pay: $43,600 – $53,600 / year

Hours: 20–40 hours/week (Flexible Evenings, Mon–Sat)

Summary:

• The Job: Manage evening cleaning crews daily via phone/Slack (escalate issues to owner if necessary), perform weekly post-cleaning walkthroughs, submit digital QA reports, and keep supply closets stocked at each account.
• The Perks: Work van and gas card provided for weekly restock days, plus predictable, automatic base salary raises to match company growth.
• The Hours: 20–40 hours a week. Flexible evening work starting after 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (Sunday help may be needed once in a blue moon).
• Requirements: 1 years cleaning or supervisory experience, clean driver’s license, and basic phone skills (Slack, photo check-ins).

How You Get Paid

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $34,000 / year ($1,307.70 paid every 2 weeks).
• Covers daily team communication on Slack, restocking supplies, post-clean walkthroughs, and QA report submissions.
• Monthly Bonuses (Up to $800 / month, paid monthly):
• $400/mo: Submit all QA reports on time.
• $400/mo: Zero client complaints for the month.
• Additional Hourly Work ($23.00 – $25.00 / hour):
• Earn extra hourly pay whenever you choose to fill in for a cleaner or train new hires (averages an additional $8,000 – $10,000 per year).
• Automatic Raises:
• Your base salary automatically steps up ($38k, $42k, $46k/yr) as the company hits janitorial revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

• Support Cleaners: Answer team questions on Slack, drop off immediate supplies, coordinate shift coverage if someone calls off, and perform training when available.
• Check Quality: Perform routine post-clean walkthroughs, submit walkthrough QA reports online, and follow up with cleaners to correct any issues.
• Stock Supplies: Drive the company van to restock client supply closets with supplies and equipment.
• Work with Owner: Work on long-term projects and report directly to the owner to resolve client issues fast.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or leading a small team is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic phone apps (Slack, clock-in app, photo checklists).
• Available Monday – Saturday evenings after 5:00 PM, with willingness to correspond on Slack during off-hours when needed.

Pay: $43,600.00 - $53,600.00 per year
