Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team focused on helping residents improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper body strength, coordination, and functional independence
- Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques to improve safety and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
