Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for Autumn Lake at Southgate. You'll lead the rehab department in a skilled nursing setting, helping the therapy team deliver coordinated care while giving clinicians the guidance they need to do their best work.
What You'll Do
Oversee therapy services, staffing, and daily department workflow
Support clinicians across PT, OT, and SLP with clinical and operational decisions
Partner with nursing and facility leadership to address residents' needs
Review documentation and help maintain Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
Active New Jersey license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
