Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks. Licensed SLPs and graduates seeking a Clinical Fellowship Year are welcome. You'll help residents address challenges with communication, thinking, and swallowing through care tailored to their needs.
What You'll Do
Assess residents and create practical, individualized treatment goals
Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
Communicate findings and strategies with families and the care team
Monitor progress and maintain thorough clinical documentation
