Warehouse Clerk - Temporary-to-Hire | $22-$24/hr | Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Clerk for a pharmaceutical company in Irvine, CA. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared accurately and shipped out on time. In this role, you'll support daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, staging, and maintaining organization within the facility. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution environment where attention to detail and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on order sheets and system instructions
- Pull, stage, and prepare products for shipment
- Perform packing, labeling, and pallet wrapping to ensure safe delivery
- Verify order accuracy and inspect items prior to shipment
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock handling
- Follow company procedures and quality standards for pharmaceutical distribution
- Support general warehouse operations and workflow as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience required
- Experience with order picking, packing, and staging shipments
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs consistently
- Able to stand and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and math skills for order processing and inventory tracking
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly and follow procedures
- Familiarity with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
