📍 South Saint Paul, MN (Onsite) | 🏭 Manufacturing (Pet Products) | 👥 ~100 Employees

• Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules based on demand, capacity, and labor availability
• Coordinate raw materials, packaging, and component replenishment to ensure uninterrupted production
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively prevent shortages or overstock situations
• Partner with production supervisors to adjust schedules based on priorities, downtime, or constraints
• Track production performance, schedule adherence, and inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to improve material flow and delivery timelines
• Analyze production data and forecasting to optimize operations
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Maintain accuracy within ERP/MRP systems (work orders, inventory, scheduling data)
• Communicate production priorities clearly across teams
  
  

• 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory, or manufacturing coordination
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (injection molding is a plus)
• Strong understanding of production flow, inventory management, and scheduling principles
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ownership mentality
  
  

• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexible hours as long as 40/week)
• Type: Direct Hire
