Sr. Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in San Marcos, California. This role involves providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintaining and updating customer records accurately.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance customer service operations.
• Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve overall service quality.
• Assisting in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives.

The position requires working full-time hours.

The salary range for this position is $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
