Electronics Assembly Technician (Temp-to-Hire)
We're seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician with experience in Quality Control and Through-Hole Assembly. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay ($20-$26/hr DOE) and the chance to join a dynamic production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate SMT equipment: screen printer, Pick & Place, and reflow oven
• Perform process control and preventative maintenance at operator level
• Load/unload components and perform machine changeovers
• Adjust SMT programming to correct errors
• Identify and set up SMT components and feeders
• Ensure all tools, stencils, and fixtures are ready before setup
• Monitor machinery for safe operation and report repair needs
• Verify assembled products meet compliance standards
• Support production schedules and customer requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read assembly drawings and component specifications
• Basic understanding of electronic components and ESD prevention
• Computer proficiency and ability to follow instructions
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn troubleshooting
• Familiarity with SMT processes preferred
• Must be a U.S. Person per EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15
