Project Estimator

We're seeking an experienced Project Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on site development, excavation, grading, underground utilities, stormwater systems, demolition, paving, and related civil construction activities. You'll collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to develop profitable project estimates and support successful project execution.

Key Qualifications:

3 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction, site development, or roadway/highway projects
Experience with excavation, grading, underground utilities, and site infrastructure projects
Strong ability to perform quantity takeoffs and develop comprehensive cost estimates
Experience reviewing plans, specifications, bid packages, and subcontractor/vendor proposals
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00/8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
