Procurement Agent & Admin Asisstant

Location: Irvine, CA (On Site)

Pay Rate: $36 - $40 (Depending on Experience)

Dates: Temporary (Through 12/22/2026)

Schedule: Monday to Frida (8am-5pm)

Duties:

• Assist with maintaining procurement inbox through daily checks and responses to inquiries.
• Assist with preparing and managing RFIs/RFPs and basic scope of work or service agreement documents.
• Support supplier selection activities, including collecting documentation for supplier onboarding.
• Support supplier selection activities, including collecting quotes and helping with basic cost comparisons.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure timely communication.
• Help identify cost-saving opportunities and track spend on assigned projects.
• Maintain procurement documentation and support budget tracking and cost reconciliation.
• Assist with background research on pending invoices requiring approval.
• Assist with compiling an invoicing yearly spreadsheet for YOY programs.

Skills and Experience Requested:

• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance or a related administrative support role.
• Experience supporting sourcing activities, including collecting quotes, preparing bid documents, and coordinating supplier communications.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes and maintaining procurement-related documentation.
• Experience working with invoices, budget tracking, spend analysis, and cost reconciliation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tracking spreadsheets, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in managing shared mailboxes or responding to inquiries in a professional business environment.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manager competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and procurement data.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, RFI/RFP processes, and contract administration preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
