Inside Sales Representative Needed in Moorpark, CA (in-person)

Industry: Medical Device (Sales)

Pay Range: $26 - $28/hour (Bonuses available after 3 months)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (early start flexible)

Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree required; or three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales or sales experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, BioTech, Life Sciences environments

* Temp-to-Perm

Responsibilities:

* Will be selling remote patient monitoring and chronic disease care management devices to healthcare providers.

* Identify and engage clinics and medical practices, lead product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions that align with clinical needs and business goals

* Assist with marketing initiatives and social media strategy to drive brand awareness and support lead generation.

* Responsible for actively pursuing new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying leads.

* Develop and maintain a customer database.

* Generate and qualify leads.

* Follow sales process and follow up on sales activity.

* Maintain sales activity records and reports.

* Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person always with a same day turnaround.

* Source and develop client referrals.

* Be able to attend tradeshows when needed.

* Strong product knowledge; provide assistance and information on product features for the sales to offer.

* Maintain strong client relationship.

* Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.

* Proven sales track record, client connections in clinics and medical groups are preferred.

* Meet the goals of sales campaign.

* Meet sales target or goal when assigned.

* Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.

* Meet high levels of customer satisfaction by teaming up with customer service and customer support teams.

* Check on samples to be delivered in terms of recipient's address information, samples model (specification) and quantity. And make sure of the quality is within our high standard.

* Quality checks on product and service delivery.

* Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.

* Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development initiatives.

* Respects confidentiality in discussing client, staff, and volunteers on organizational matters.

* Exhibits genuine concern for customers and always conducts oneself appropriately and professionally.

Other Skills and Abilities:

* Excellent in communication skills, including verbal presentation with large audience and professional email format. Experience in sales and making presentations.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

* Ability to follow policies and procedures.

* Ability to operate computer system, fax, copier, printer, telephone, calculator.

* Familiarity with chronic disease terminology and concepts.

* Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.

* Demonstrates good listening skills.

* Familiarity with web-based order fulfillment processes and tools.

* Highly organized and consistently accurate in assembling data.

* Effective time management skills to balance competing work assignments and specific deadlines.

* Results oriented and ability to work with cross-functional departments and all levels of people.

* Multi-tasking, prioritize and re-prioritize tasks when needed.

* Working as part of a team.

* Interacting with people from other departments.

* Selling ideas and opinions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

· Proven sales track record, client connections in clinics and medical groups are preferred.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of information, computer, software or technical support service experience
  • Excellent in communication skills, including phone calls, verbal presentation with large audience
  • Familiar with webinar tools
  • Skills in problem solving
  • Self-motivated and passionate on client relationship
