Customer Service Representative

Location: St. George, UT
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team in St. George, UT. In this role, you will make outbound calls to customers, provide information, answer questions, update account information, and deliver exceptional customer service. • Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers daily
• Explain products, services, promotions, or programs clearly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
• Update customer records and account information
• Follow call scripts and company procedures while maintaining a personalized customer experience
• Meet productivity and quality goals
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve department goals
  
  

• Previous call center, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone for extended periods
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or GED preferred
