HR Generalist (Payroll Focus) - Contract Opportunity
We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist with strong ADP payroll experience for a contract role paying up to $35/hour. This is our priority position.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll in ADP, including timesheet corrections
Run and create standard and custom payroll reports
Track union dues manually
Manage monthly expense reimbursements
Support various payroll-related projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and solid math skills
Experience with ADP payroll systems
Familiarity with multi-state compliance, including legal postings
Exposure to EEO-1 or CRD (DFEH) reporting
Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and leave laws (CFRA/FMLA)
Experience with LinkedIn Learning platforms is a plus
Union environment experience is highly desirable
