Pool HOA Administrative Assistant (Seasonal)

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Pool HOA Administrative Assistant to support pool operations during the summer season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents in a relaxed environment and can consistently commit to weekends throughout the summer.
- Greet residents and ensure a welcoming pool environment
- Check and verify resident IDs and/or key fobs for pool entry
- Monitor access to ensure only authorized members use the facility
- Maintain basic records/logs as needed
- Communicate with HOA management regarding any issues or concerns
- Help enforce pool rules in a professional and courteous manner
- Dependable and punctual with strong commitment to scheduled hours
