What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Community (HOA) Manager position at Professional Properties Management of Raleigh Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Daily operations of Homeowner Associations and Office Condominiums.
- Act as the primary contact between the Board of Directors and members of the Association.
- Provide strong leadership and support on behalf of the Board of Directors.
- Build relationships through engagement with the members of the Association.
- Review and understand documents of the Association.
- Troubleshoot and navigate projects at the direction of the Board of Directors.
- Effectively work with others to achieve common goals through communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Coordinate and attend routine board meetings, including creating and circulating the agenda and board packet. Board meetings are primarily virtual.
- Support, facilitate, and implement community operations as outlined in the Association’s legal documents to achieve the objectives of the Board of Directors.
- Broker, facilitate and secure contracts and proposals for consideration by the board members.
- Read and understand financial statements.
- Compile data and provide an annual draft budget to the board members.
- Amenity operations to ensure the amenity center is run efficiently and promoting client satisfaction.

- Associate degree or similar preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full time management position
- Total compensation and benefits package ranges from $80-$100K depending on industry credentials and previous job experience.
