Responsibilities:



    • Daily operations of Homeowner Associations and Office Condominiums.
    • Act as the primary contact between the Board of Directors and members of the Association.
    • Provide strong leadership and support on behalf of the Board of Directors.
    • Build relationships through engagement with the members of the Association.
    • Review and understand documents of the Association.
    • Troubleshoot and navigate projects at the direction of the Board of Directors.
    • Effectively work with others to achieve common goals through communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
    • Coordinate and attend routine board meetings, including creating and circulating the agenda and board packet. Board meetings are primarily virtual.
    • Support, facilitate, and implement community operations as outlined in the Association’s legal documents to achieve the objectives of the Board of Directors.
    • Broker, facilitate and secure contracts and proposals for consideration by the board members.
    • Read and understand financial statements.
    • Compile data and provide an annual draft budget to the board members.
    • Amenity operations to ensure the amenity center is run efficiently and promoting client satisfaction.

Education:



    • Valid driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance
    • 3 years in community management (HOA) field
    • Community manager courses and/or certifications or a commitment to obtain during employment
    • Associate degree or similar preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:



    • Full time management position
    • Total compensation and benefits package ranges from $80-$100K depending on industry credentials and previous job experience.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
