Job Title: Bilingual Leasing Agent (Spanish/English)

Location: New Haven, CT

Pay: $19 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Leasing Agent fluent in both Spanish and English to assist prospective and current residents. This role involves leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing office operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist prospective residents in English and Spanish

- Conduct property tours and explain lease terms

- Process rental applications and lease paperwork

- Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries

- Maintain accurate resident and leasing records

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

- Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficient with basic computer applications

- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
