We're partnering with a well-established Commercial HVAC company in Burlington, MA, recognized across the Northeast for exceptional workmanship and a strong commitment to employee growth. Due to rapid expansion, they have an immediate need for an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team.
- Location: Burlington, MA
- Type: Direct Hire
- Pay: $40-$60/hr (DOE)
- Company-provided vehicle (based on experience) fuel card

- Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
- Wire low-voltage systems and install refrigerant lines
- Connect gas lines to heating equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components
- Complete service reports accurately
- Mentor apprentices and helpers
- Identify additional service opportunities
- 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and wiring diagrams
- EPA Certification required
- MA Sheet Metal & Refrigeration Licenses a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely at heights
