Pay: $36-$40 an hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 1-2 day in office in OC, LA, or SD and remote
Overview:
We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to support client accounts with renewals, reporting, and compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of employee benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage renewal projects (pre-renewal spreads, carrier renewals, information requests).
- Review utilization reports and recommend plan design changes.
- Conduct financial reporting and provider network analysis.
- Support underwriting and renewal challenges.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and Medicare.
- Peer review analyst work for accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2 years in benefits analysis, insurance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
