Electronic Assembler/Solderer

Location: Salem, NH

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $22-$24/hr

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Perform point‑to‑point wiring, electrical harness assembly, through hole, crimping leads, and surface mount soldering.
• Assemble and route cables, connectors, and electrical components
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Work from drawings, bills of materials, and verbal instructions with limited supervision
• Use a variety of hand and power tools relevant to electrical assembly
• Inspect and identify potential electrical assembly issues and communicate proactively
• Perform additional related duties as assigned
• Soldering experience is required

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related electrical or electromechanical assembly experience
• Dependable team player with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding products and projects
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing environment with shifting priorities
• Adaptable to changing schedules and last‑minute adjustments
