SUMMARY
This role is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office-related duties to support daily business operations. The position also involves handling incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, assessing the purpose of each call, and directing it appropriately.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess incoming customer calls and assign the most appropriate technician for each service request.
Prioritize and schedule service orders based on urgency and operational needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
Meet daily service and productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and positively represent the company brand.
Manage inbound communication from both customers and service technicians.
Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service calls to optimize technician productivity and reduce travel time.
Keep customers informed throughout the day on the status and progress of their service appointments.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, equipment removal, and labor hours for each job.
