Commercial Collection Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Collection Representative to join our team located in Lee, NH. If you're a commercial collector who knows how to get files paid in full, but your results are limited by poor placements or capped opportunity, you're not alone. Schedule & Location

• Onsite position in Lee, NH
• Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Friday's end at 4:30 PM
  • One late day per week (Wednesday or Thursday): 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $20.00-$20.50 per hour monthly performance bonuses (hourly rate negotiable, DOE)
• Top performers earned $120K /annually
• Second-highest level earners grossed $80K /annually
• Serious earning potential for collectors who can work files consistently
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid after 6 months

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound commercial collection calls
• Clearly communicate payment expectations and resolve disputes professionally
• Negotiate payment solutions that balance client goals and customer outcomes
• Skip-trace and pursue resolution on assigned accounts
• Document all account activity accurately in the system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

• Prior commercial collections experience
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Ability to create urgency and drive resolution
• Excellent time management and organization
• Coachable mindset and desire to continuously improve
• Basic computer proficiency
