This role ensures effective execution of customer strategies while demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and mastery of core Field Sales competencies to achieve business impact.
You will:
- Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers
- Deliver specific presentations for the HIV product to appropriate health care professionals in both the clinic/office and hospital settings by utilizing approved messaging and resources
- Effectively utilize and manage all approved resources to optimize customer engagement
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of the following equivalent experience:
- Professional sales experience
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices)
- Military Experience
- 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and the ability to navigate throughout complex accounts
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
- 3 years specialty sales experience, preferably in infectious or rare disease, immunology, or oncology
