Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to help grow our used vehicle inventory by working directly with customers looking to sell their vehicles. This role focuses on creating a smooth, transparent, and high-value experience for customers while helping the dealership acquire quality vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers interested in selling their vehicles
- Guide customers through the Driveo process from start to finish
- Appraise vehicles and coordinate offers with management
- Build trust and provide a seamless, hassle-free experience
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Work closely with the sales and management team to meet acquisition goals
