We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Client Experience Specialist to support homeowners through the restoration process following unexpected property damage events. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable handling a high volume of calls, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors
• Handle a high volume of calls (60 calls per day)
• Enter and update job information accurately in company systems
• Educate customers on services, timelines, and next steps
• Support claims coordination and administrative documentation
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure projects stay on track
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  
  

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone
• Ability to explain information clearly and professionally
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
• Previous customer service, call center, phone-based, or office experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support coworkers
• Ability to work occasional overtime as business needs require
