Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our sales team by scheduling qualified appointments with prospective clients. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for outbound and inbound communication, lead qualification, and accurate calendar management to help drive sales efficiency and revenue growth.

• Contact prospective clients via phone, email, text, or social platforms
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Schedule appointments and demos for sales representatives
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or scheduling systems
• Follow up with prospects to confirm or reschedule appointments
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting targets
