HR Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesHelp manage the full HR process, including hiring, onboarding new staff, tracking employee performance, handling benefits and leave, supporting training efforts, and keeping employee recognition programs running.Serve as the main contact person for any employee concerns or workplace issues.Write, update, and maintain all HR policies and procedures, including the HR Handbook and department SOPs.Serve as the primary contact during HR audits and accreditation reviews.Plan and run company-wide staff meetings and lead orientation sessions for new employees.Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Human Services, Training & Development, or a similar field (Master's degree preferred).At least six years of experience in a supervisory role or in Human Resources.Must hold one of the following: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.Strong skills in Microsoft Office.Experience working in a non-profit setting is a plus.Familiarity with Paylocity and Applicant Pool software.Ability to pass a CORI/background check.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
