Handyman / Property Maintenance Helper (Part-Time)
We are seeking a reliable handyman or property maintenance helper to assist with ongoing projects across multiple properties. Very flexible hours available — work as much or as little as fits your schedule. Independent contractor position.
Duties include:
- General property maintenance and repairs (interior & exterior)
- Assisting with renovations (sheetrock, framing, light electrical/plumbing, HVAC, appliances)
- Cleaning, patching, painting, and fixing issues as needed
- Coordinating with contractors when necessary
- Occasionally showing properties to prospective tenants
Requirements:
- Own tools
- Relevant handyman or property maintenance experience
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
