Handyman / Maintenance Technician – Roofing & Mechanical
We are looking for reliable, skilled handymen who can handle general property maintenance, roofing, and basic mechanical work for rental properties.
Job Duties:
- Roofing and siding repairs
- General handyman and property maintenance
- Basic plumbing and mechanical repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues
- Perform exterior repairs and upkeep
- Complete jobs independently and professionally
- Respond to maintenance requests as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
- Roofing experience is a plus
- Mechanical or HVAC experience is a plus
- Able to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Dependable and good at communicating
- Flexible availability
