Job Overview

As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing excellent service to our clients.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of pools to assess their condition and identify any maintenance needs.
- Perform routine pool cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Maintain pool equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues related to pool systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance.
- Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed on each pool.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
