Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Service and Repair Technician to join our team at Amenity Pool Services. This hybrid role combines both routine pool cleaning and technical equipment repairs for residential swimming pools. You’ll be assigned a weekly service route, maintaining pools and performing routine maintenance and repairs to support our team.

This role is eligible for commissions and monthly bonus opportunities!
Responsibilities
Pool Cleaning & Maintenance
Skim, brush, and vacuum pools as needed
Test and balance pool water chemistry
Empty skimmer and pump baskets
Backwash filters and clean salt cells
Maintain all tools and pool supplies in clean, working condition
Repair & Technical Service
Diagnose, repair, and replace pool equipment (filters, pumps, motors, salt systems, cleaners; heater repair is a plus)
Perform basic leak detection and troubleshooting
Install new pool equipment and perform warranty-related service
Inspect and monitor equipment to ensure proper pool operation
Document repairs and maintenance using Salesforce and mobile tools
Customer & Team Communication
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding pool condition and service provided
Report any issues or additional repair needs promptly to supervisors and/or office staff
Maintain respectful and timely communication with teammates and management
Uphold all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
Able to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, twist, and stand for extended periods
Ability to swim confidently
Valid State Driver’s License (company vehicle provided for work use)
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Basic familiarity with mobile work tools and apps (e.g., Salesforce)
