Ultimate Ninjas Oak Creek is looking for a General Manager and head coach to oversee all weekday staff and operations of the local business unit. General Manager responsibilities include formulating ninja class stations and Team practice, Staff schedule, managing staff and customer service. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, with coaching experience. You'll be helping our staff develop and be awesome, while ensuring our volumes are on the rise. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.
Hours include: 12pm - 9pm Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Set policies and processes
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Ensure staff follows safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Skills
• Experience as a manager preferred in a similar industry (Family Fun, Fitness)
• Experience coaching
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 40 - 55k depending on experience
Schedule:
• Monday - Thursday.
Supplemental pay types:
• Bonus pay
Experience:
- Management: 1 year (Preferred) but not required.
Work Location: Oak Creek Ultimate Ninjas facility.
