JOB OVERVIEW
A Scheduling Assistant will need to have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills as they schedule and assign install appointments based on project timelines, workflow and work schedules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Core responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Preparing work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing and recording data, information and documents
- Maintain production standard quota of 60 jobs scheduled per day.
- Uphold high level of service quality evaluated via periodic call monitoring
- Provide excellent customer service via phone conversation, live chat support, and email
- Receive inbound and outbound phone calls throughout the day
- Resolve complaints in a timely manner by investigating issues as they arise
- Maintain quality service by monitoring standards and advising manager of potential issues
- Schedule installations/services
- Ability to operate and multi-task with computerized scheduling system(s)
- Create a strong business relationship with business partners and sales teams
- Reviewing documents that are handled on a daily basis correctly
- The ability to handle other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2 years working in a scheduling environment
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Keen attention to detail with an ability to spot errors
- Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service and quality focused
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other software program
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
- Experience in flooring or general construction is a plus
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
