Ultimate Furniture is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to help customers create beautiful, comfortable homes while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and has a proven background in retail sales.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the furniture buying process from start to finish.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
- Assist with customer follow-up, order management, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
- Support daily showroom operations and mentor newer team members when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience; furniture sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible retail schedule.
