Ultimate Escape Day Spa is seeking a warm, organized, and service‑minded Spa Coordinator to become an essential part of our front‑of‑house team. Salon or spa experience is required.

What You’ll Do
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you play a vital role in creating a seamless, luxurious experience. Daily responsibilities include:
Guest Experience
- Greeting clients warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for
- Checking guests in and out with accuracy and professionalism
- Offering water or hot tea upon arrival
- Escorting guests to the locker room and helping them prepare for their services
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lounge area
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
- Answering phone calls with exceptional courtesy and professionalism
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments with accuracy
- Providing detailed information about services, products, and spa policies
- Making timely confirmation calls to ensure guests are prepared for their appointments
- Processing payments and protecting sensitive guest information
- Ensuring linens are washed, stored, and handled according to Kansas Board of Cosmetology standards
