We are currently seeking a highly reliable and customer experience focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Assistant/Spa Coordinator at Haven Wellness Spa. This position offers a starting pay of $15.25 per hour plus tips, commissions, and other perks! Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 5-8pm, Sunday 9:30-5:00 (with opportunity for more).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas to create a welcoming environment for our guests
- Manage the retail shop, ensuring inventory is fully stocked and displayed in an organized and attractive manner
- Coordinate the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light services, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for our clients
- Book spa appointments, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Perform laundry duties to ensure clean and fresh linens are always available and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients/customers and team members
- Strong reliability, consistency, and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning spa
